Discovery Logging, Inc. has revamped it's website. Some of the changes to the Discovery's Website are:

The Mudlog Program when clicked on will show the mudlog as the client views it in the office. Each item on the Task Bar is explained in detail. This office program enables the user to monitor and manage the field data in a number of ways making the task of keeping up with a well much easier.

One of the new features available on the office program is the importing of E-log LAS files. Mainlog will allow you to import the following "curves": Gamma Ray, Density, Neutron, Cross Plot, and Sonic Porosity, PE, and up to five resistivity curves. Water saturations are automatically calculated based on the imported data. The user, however, has the ability to change the values in the "Archie Equation" for different intervals in the well.

Las files from an offset well can also be imported. Clicking and dragging the gamma ray curve or offset ROP rates, in the ROP column, will automatically figure correlations with sub sea depths.

On horizontal wells, Discovery's loggers can obtain the Gamma Ray LAS file from the MWD Technicians and send it in along with the mudlog. The curve can then be imported onto the mudlog ROP column to help determine if you're still in zone. The scale of the Gamma Ray can be changed to 0-25 or 0-50 for better resolution.

Company Name, Well Name, Field, County, State

Client Access: With a user ID and Password the client can go to:

My Account -Verify your account information.

My Wells -View & download or e-mail the wells that are assigned to you.

Downloads -Download the latest version of Mainlog software and other files.

Logout -Logout and return to Discovery Logging homepage.
